Do you send out new release e-mails?
Yes, once a week. Please sign up using the link on the right hand menu.
Will you refund or replace items lost via shipping?
Only if they are sent on a recorded or signed for service after a period of 14 days.
Can I track my recorded delivery items?
Yes – the details will be sent with your order confirmation e-mail.
Will you refund me for damaged items?
We will replace rather then refund for damaged goods. We will need proof of the damaged goods. A picture e-mailed to us will do.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This can vary - Please refer to the postal rates file. We aim to post your order within 24 hours of receiving your order (Monday to Friday.) Please allow upto 14 days for delivery
Can I share the music I buy from you?
You must never share any music over the internet. Although our downloads are DRM free, each of our mp3's are watermarked as soon as you place an order for a particular track. With this system we can easily see if you share them on peer to peer sites. Anyone found to be pirating music will face immediate account suspension and will be reported to the necessary authorities immediately.
Can I download my music more than once?
Yes, you can download any purchase a maximum of three times, after which we will only reset the track (for another two downloads) if there has been a fault with the download.
What happens if my download times out?
Simply visit the 'your downloads'tab at the top of any page and you will still be able to download your file(s) until you have successfully completed a full download.
Are downloads ready for me once I have completed my order?
If you have paid by credit card and received an approved code then yes they certainly are.
Do all store items have Style Tags assigned to them?
Almost all do yes. They are a good guideline for you to search out your music. Whilst we realise that peoples opinions differ on what kind of track is 'dirty' or 'Euphoric' our tags are a guide rather then a specific rule to a tracks specific content.
Can I search out products with certain Style Tags?
Yes you can do this using the drop down menu on the left. You can also clock on a style tag on any product view page to view more products that have that style tag applied to them.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We Accept all major credit cards and paypal.
Can my delivery address be different to my billing address?
Do you store my card details on file?
No we do not store your details. You will need to enter them each time you make an order.
I’ve forgotten my password. Can I have it resent?
Of course – use the forgot password function to have it e-mailed to you.
Do you accept new download labels?
How can I get my releases on your site? – Please send us a request through the contact us form. You will need to supply us: Your name, your label name, a link to 2 of your releases.
Can I view my previous order history?
Yes, simply login and click the link ‘Your Orders’ link at the top of the page.
